Darius joined Sanejo in 2010 as an advisor on pedagogy training for teachers at Ntenyo, where he trains teachers on pedagogy and works with students on exam preparations. He is a final year university student leader at the Kigali Institute of Education based in Kigali. Darius has also conducted various research projects on primary education in Rwanda and language change as medium of instruction. Darius is a co-founder of Max Impact a consultancy company working with leading organizations and companies including Oxfam, INDEGO Africa and Rwanda Development Board. Prior to enrolling at KIE as a Generation Rwanda Scholar, Darius worked as secondary school teacher at Gahima Agape Secondary School, where he taught English, history and arts, and oversaw the activities of the language club and cultural group. He is also a respected student leader and well known for his volunteer work in different parts of the country in the field of education.Darius is fluent in various languages, including English and French.
